Refund & Return Policy

For Products Shipped by Us

If you wish to return a product, you may do so within 7 days of receiving your order, under the following conditions:

  • The product does not meet your expectations or suitability
  • You received an expired product (highly unlikely)
  • You were charged more than the MRP
  • The product is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition
  • It must be returned with original packaging, box, and labels intact

Note: Temperature-sensitive products are not eligible for return or refund.

For Products Shipped Directly by the Seller

For products shipped directly by a seller, return processing may vary. While we do not directly handle these returns, we will fully support you and coordinate with the seller to resolve the issue.

Products shipped by sellers will be clearly mentioned on the product description page.

For Orders Not Yet Shipped

We understand that plans may change. You can request order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing us at saktinatureayurveda@gmail.com.

  • If the order has not been packed or shipped, a full refund will be issued.
  • If the order has already been shipped, the standard return policy will apply.

For Products Damaged in Transit

We take utmost care while packaging your products. However, if your order arrives damaged:

We will arrange a replacement at the earliest.
