At Sakti Nature Ayurveda, we aim to provide a smooth, reliable, and hassle-free shopping experience. Our ordering, shipping, and payment processes are designed to ensure that your Ayurvedic products reach you safely and on time. Please review our shipping policy below for complete details.


1. Shipping Partners

To ensure timely and secure delivery, we work with trusted courier partners, including:

  • BlueDart
  • Aramex
  • FedEx
  • First Flight
  • Delhivery

Courier partner selection may vary based on your delivery location.


2. Free Shipping

Eligibility

  • We offer free shipping across India on orders with a cart value of ₹500 or above.
  • For orders below ₹500, a nominal shipping fee will be applied based on the delivery location (urban or rural).

Processing Time

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, dispatch may take slightly longer.

3. Delivery Restrictions

Delivery Locations

  • We do not deliver to P.O. Box or military addresses.
  • Deliveries to rural or remote locations may require additional time.

4. Order Cancellations

By the Customer

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please email us immediately at saktinatureayurveda@gmail.com.
  • Orders that have already been processed or dispatched cannot be cancelled.
  • For perishable or special-category products, cancellation is permitted, but the product cost will be borne by the customer.

By Sakti Nature Ayurveda

We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following cases:

  • Incorrect pricing or product information
  • Unforeseen issues affecting order fulfillment

In such cases, the customer will be informed, and a 100% refund will be issued.

Non-Delivery or Late Delivery

If delivery is delayed or unsuccessful due to incorrect address details, incomplete information, or recipient unavailability, any additional re-delivery charges will be borne by the customer.


5. Replacement and Refund Policy

We take every precaution to ensure products reach you in perfect condition. However, replacements or refunds may be considered in rare cases such as:

  • Product damaged during transit
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Incorrect product delivered

Conditions for Replacement / Refund

  • Requests must be raised within 5 days of receiving the product.
  • If the package appears damaged or leaked, please refuse delivery and return it to the courier immediately.

Note: Products once accepted cannot be returned unless they meet the conditions mentioned above.

Process for Replacement / Refund

  • Email us at saktinatureayurveda@gmail.com with your Order Number and the reason for replacement or refund.
  • Please do not send any product back without prior confirmation from our team.

If Replacement Is Unavailable

  • We will suggest the best possible alternative.
  • The customer’s decision will be final.
  • If no alternative is accepted and payment has already been made, a 100% refund will be processed.

6. Delivery Timelines

  • Orders are typically delivered within 2–7 working days, depending on location and courier service.
  • If the customer is unavailable at the delivery address, Sakti Nature Ayurveda reserves the right to cancel the order.

Delays Beyond Our Control

Delivery timelines may be affected due to:

  • Logistic or courier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Strikes, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to inform customers via registered email or mobile number.
